“Subway seems to never be in sync no matter which location you go to. Poor staff that gets trained poorly and then left alone to fend for themselves is crazy. Last visit things didn’t go as planned but the poor gal made up for what happened. Do a better job training and supporting your staff all around. Teach them what a melt is and how to make it. She had no idea even after telling her it is made in a paper bag. She thought it had to be packaged in a paper bag when she gave it to us not the brown bags she should’ve bagged them in.“

“Great food, friendly service, and a great outdoor picnic tables. You will get better service by ordering in any way than showing up in person. Ordering in the drive thru or online you won't have a problem but standing in person waiting to order you will be the last priority and it should be the opposite.“
