“Awesome crew called last minute for a catering box. Wished I could have remembered crew members name. She was amazing! She offered to do the one box I needed. I sent a friend to pick it up she said the whole crew there was fabulous! Will definitely be going to this location again when we are in town!!!!“
“My husband & I were so thankful that Subway was open until 9pm on NYE, but we were a little reluctant to go out for food because we thought we'd be greeted by hostile employees (for having to work on NYE). However we found the exact opposite to be true. We were greeted by Meghan with such a bright smile. She made us feel welcome & did not view us as an inconvenience. Her bubbly personality brightened our evening! She is certainly an asset to this company, a bright light in this ever darkening world!! “I usually don’t like going to subway because the staff and the food aren’t that great but this subway i am a loyal customer because of the young group of staff they are very good workers and very nice i spent around a thousand dollars in a year just at this one location just because of the great staff i hope this review help other and other restaurants.“
“Absolutely amazing group !!!! . I work in the mall and I see the improvement the young ladies that work their have done with the store .very well taken care of and clean .! I also was going to stop in tonight but a young gentleman with braids where cussing them out about a table being cleaned , then said I’m calling corporate, poor girls did nothing wrong so I left . He was blocking the door . the lady said give me just a second and the gentleman stormed outside . Absolutely disgusting how rude people are to them .! Especially when they work everyday . “This place is amazing if you catch the right crew. They give you exactly what you want if you know how to order the right way. =) Everyone orders their coffee in exactly the proper order. What stops them from ordering their subs with the same heart? Bread, Mayo (how many squirts?), Meat, Cheese, Veggies, Sauce. Drink? Chips? Subway Card?, Pay. Walk away. You will love your sanwich lunch like you love your latté breakfast. Try it this way. I promise, you'll be happier with your food.“
“Seems to be an above average location which seems to be in line with past experiences for franchises located in Love's truck/traveler stops. Staff was friendly and the restaurant area was clean. Only critique is the pricing which for Subway mediocre food quality is bit high compared to other chain sub eateries. Location is close by to the Springfield Fairgrounds and several large antique malls which is convenient for those visiting.“
