It made me feel so happy because I hope they are, I've been so tired and nauseous that the note was much appreciated.“

“I've been to several Playa Bowls locations in Columbus and Dayton, and I'm a pretty big fan. I'm thrilled they finally made their way to the Cincinnati area. I came to this location a couple of times and tried some seasonals. The gingerbread smoothie was a 10 out of 10 -- flavors and spices came through very strongly and it was a good amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. The coconut avalanche bowl was pretty close to perfect for me, too. This was my first time trying the coconut base; I've been a skeptic, but it far exceeded my expectations and might be one of my new favorites! This location is on par with the excellence of other locations... maybe even a little better. It's a smaller space, but has the same upbeat vibe, outlets and WiFi, and could maybe seat 20 people inside. Ordering ahead through the app is very convenient and rewarding.“

“I have type 1 diabetes, and my blood sugar dropped to 53 while I was out and about with my daughter today. I stopped in & ordered a Vietnamese Coffee with extra sugar. I was really having a hard time because my blood sugar was so low, but trying to keep it together. I did let the person know I was having this issue. He made my coffee so quickly, and even brought it outside to me where I was waiting with my daughter. Thank you so much for your help today. I can’t explain how much that means to me. The coffee was amazing as well. I will stop by whenever I’m at the Levee from now on. Thanks again, you are a true life saver.“

“Ordered a build your own bowl and the bowl was so loaded that the employee couldn't even put the cover on! Great value for sure. I love that they have so many options with high protein - tofu, beans, farro, quinoa, nuts, seeds, etc. And they have so many sauce options. Way better than Chipole!

“Tasty but I did a mobile order. They had my food ready but had to make my smoothie. No other customers in the store. Worker looked confused on why the smoothie wasn't made yet. Not sure is the cheese and chicken dilla is really worth $7.30 as it's quite small with not a lot of filling“

“As a donut connoisseur I must say Hurts is fabulous! We are occasionally back and forth from Columbus to cincinnati and often stop for a fix! Haven’t chosen a donut that is not super delicious. Staff is so friendly and welcoming! Shop is cute too with cool hanging swing like seats. Can’t wait to visit again soon!!“

“Price isn't bad, and the food was okay. Had the Chipotle chicken club flatbread. Enjoyed the flavor, but the sandwich was a bit dry for my liking. Also got the kiwi quencher with lime add in. Smoothie was super tasty, and even if I dont get the food again, I definitely would recommend the smoothies.“

“As expected, the smoothie I had was delicious. The Santa Fe Chicken was also very good. I like that they offer fruit as a side. While the food is a little slower than a drive-thru place, the food was really great.

Kid-friendliness: There is a small kids menu. My girls love fruit and would love this place.

Wheelchair accessibility: Besides there not being an automatic door, there would be no issues to get a wheelchair in the restaurant. The people there are so nice I am sure one of them would come open the door for someone in a wheelchair.“
