“Huge shout out to Sam’s, Smithville hosted our wrestling tournament this weekend and all of our concession food was from them! We’re talking over a 100 pepperoni breads and nearly 50 pizzas, plus hot dogs and chicken noodles. They worked with us as we added and subtracted from our original order to accommodate our event. I was new to this event and appreciate you all being so flexible.”

“I don't know how this store has a bad rating. I just left the store after getting a BMT footlong, and it has to be the cleanest most well-kept store I think I've ever been in, and I visit a lot of Subways. Codie was only one working there and he made my sandwich like a pro. Even tipped my dude $5. This store is solid. If you guys wanna see a 3 star store, visit the one on Rt18 in Fairlawn, go read my review of that one. Seriously, was really impressed, solid store, Codie was solid, A++++ IMO!!!”

“My husband & I enjoyed the steamed buns, summer rolls, and pho last night. All very fresh & authentic. We will definitely return. The restaurant was quiet & clean.”

“Great coffee flights! I highly recommend the seasonal flight”

“The ingredients were fresh, the drink was delicious. The owners were very kind!”

“I love your vanilla flavored milk in the small bottle that I buy at Stoodts fresh market in Bellville Ohio! 🇺🇸 I hope some day you can start putting the vanilla flavored milk in the regular sized bottles it tastes like melted vanilla ice cream! So glad to support a family owned dairy farm in Ohio! 🇺🇸”

“Walked in to a long line of customers. Don’t be intimidated …the line moved very quickly and my dirty chai was excellent. The coffee house was very cozy and it was clear that it had a bunch of regulars that visited often. I tried the chocolate cretzel and it was incredible! I live 45 minutes from here and will make the drive again just to have another cretzel it was that good.”

“Such great food, I got the Lackawanna and white bread toast. Very filling and delicious!”

“My husband and I ate at the Ugly Duck last Friday. Let me tell you it was so good. The mushrooms for our appetizer and an absolutely delicious pizza were spot on. Our server was friendly and very attentive. We'll definitely be back.”

“My daughter and I each had some great ice cream and she had a really good chicken sandwich. Super happy with the wonderful service and food. Definitely recommend.”

“Food was so-so. Loaded baked potato was good.
Salad was very small/skimpy.
Steak was really not quality, especially for a ribeye. Would have not said anything except that my companion and I had ordered ours medium and they were way overdone.
Mentioned to waitress who got Manager, who got us new ones, including new sides. There were many apologies from both. I couldn't have asked for a better resolution.
Waitress was great throughout, and manager truly cared.
Will be back!”

“Great place and the people are very friendly”

“Lisa showed us to our table and went out of her to find my husband a cushion for his back. Colleen waited on us, and she was pleasant and knowledgeable. Drinks were good, and I had the best fish sandwich I have had in years. My hubby enjoyed his mussels, and the beet salad we split was fresh and well balanced. We drove from Medina, and we will not hesitate to return to this laidback, well run cafe. Besides, I need to save room for dessert!”

“Ambiente Familiar 100%Recomendable!! 🤗🥰🫡😋👏👏👏👏👏👏”

“I had the Pollo Con Queso- so delicious and tasty, so generous a portion it was two meals for me. I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten there and quick service with a smile!”

“The best cream sticks in the area! I drive all the way from Akron for them!”

“Best coffee shop in Wooster!”

“The food was good and the staff were very friendly and nice. I should now because I am ten:)”

“Awesome food and great service. Taylor was wonderful and made our dinner enjoyable.”

“Great food and great service! The prices were decent for the amount of food that you get! We will be back!”

“The team from Old Carolina Barbecue Company were at our venue again last night and as usual provided stellar service. This was the second time this summer. In June catering was provided by Joseph, Gavin, Chase and Abby, and last night we had Tanner, Shannon, Chase and Abby. Both times they were timely, efficient and professional, and also added extra services like moving things around to serve appetizers outside, cutting and serving multiple cakes and leaving the kitchen spotless! All these things from a venue's perspective are so important. From the guests' perspective, of course, is the question "was the food good?" Yes it was! So good! They received many compliments. Great job guys! Thanks again!”
