EVERYTHING was perfect !!! kind workers, smiles, even the food was fresh. my sandwich was lined up, not soggy, and no fries were fallen out at the bottom of the bag. meanwhile if you were to go to mcdonald’s, you’d get all 3 of those issues. tried the pretzel chicken sandwich here and it’s my new favorite. well done, Chick-Fil-A !! 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It completely amazes me how this Chick-fil-A is unable to get orders correct. Two others I pass frequently don't seem to have an issue but unfortunately they are only convenient on my way home.
The receipts are correct but the food is wrong around 50% of the time. And if the food happens to be correct, something else is missing probably another 20% of the time.
If they can't get one or two meals correct they will not be getting catering orders.

This Chick fil a sends rewards out, then tells you they are out and will not substitute, then has item. Sounds like you lied to your good paying customers. Don’t need bs from you… I can get that anywhere🤬
I do not patronize Solon restaurant anymore.
