“An astonishing jewel, I discovered them doing a map search while in route home. I have tried numerous Jamaican restaurants in Cleveland and have been let down. I didn’t think I could eat Jamaican cuisine outside my own home. Irie 🇯🇲 plantains and med stew chicken.“

“So glad Mama Joyce’s was closed or we would have never found this Caribbean jewel! The owner is FULL of personality and super engaging! The restaurant is clean and tastefully decorated! The service was super and the staff were knowledgeable of the Trinidadian food and spice levels! My husband is Haitian so I can confidently say, this food is the real deal! The only draw back is the price of the drinks. We had the cost, callaloo, rice, cabbage, Mac, potatoes with chick peas, pork ribs, wings and roti skins. All were phenomenal!“

“Thanks for accommodating my catering order with less than 2-3 days notice! The curry chicken and jerk chicken was the best that I've had in the Cleveland area and I was very pleased with the fried plantains as well. At your reasonable prices I will definitely use your services again“

“I loved dining at this restaurant! I've been there twice. The first time I got the oxtail and the second time I got the Rasta pasta and can I tell you this place serves authentic Jamaican food. I'd recommend everyone to go there and give it a try. You won't regret it. I plan to eat there whenever I'm in the area.“

“Wow my grandmother and I have been looking for a good place to eat for a while now. It seems likes nothing is good anymore and we were starting to lose hope but then we stumbled upon this restaurant and the food was absolutely amazing. Everything had great flavor and tasted fresh!“

“Take out only have 5 bar stools to dine in, food was okay. I must have ordered from a different location the 1st time I had it. Jerk not spicy and doesn’t taste grilled low and slow. Overall food was good. Went with a group. Quick and great service“

“The flavor is definitely there. This was a Uber Eats order. I ordered the oxtails and the curry shrimp, The oxtails were Well seasoned. The curry shrimp was very good. I like the fact that they clean their shrimp. I also got a side of greens. They were OK. I also got the Jerk chicken pasta, which the flavor was there however it did not look like the picture on Uber Eats.
Overall, I would recommend this restaurant. The only thing I would say is they need to work on the presentation when I got the food it was in a grocery bag with the greens on top and the green juice leaked down to all the items on the bottom.
Also, the carryout containers did not hold heat so they were very hot on the bottom.
Other than that, I would definitely recommend“

“Stopped in this place for lunch after searching for food nearby during the workday. Had I not googled, I would never have known this place was there, but what a hidden gem!! Service was pleasant, and the food (curry chicken) was exceptional. I’ll be returning for sure!!

“This food was so good and authentic. When I go to Jamaica their rice and peas, cabbage and meat are bland—- no flavor. The food from this restaurant is the flavor I’ve been seeking. Compliments to the chef!

“Aight 10/10. The most flavorful curry chicken. Spice and herbs are not the same as other joints. I would say this is more authentic, but I don’t really know. It is the most flavorful tho to me and most home style of cooking I’ve come across in long while. Portions are big IMO. Cabbage is good/rustic. Chirp Chirp Lesco.“
