I love chipotle & I also love great customer service it was a young lady there name Aniya she had great customer service but her boss was being really rude to her and I shouted when I left that she needed a raise for her harsh boss ! I would’ve gave it a 5 but that boss was totally rude and disrespectful to his workers…

I've even hear a few times. But overall the place could be a little bit stricter on the presentation. Things don't seem to be as tidy as other places. The staff is great a lot of fun you can tell they're really enjoying themselves. Things just need to be wiped down a little bit more often. I'm going to come back because I support my community but they just need to be a little bit more strict on keeping things looking better.

My chicken bowl was good however, I can't say the same thing for the service. A young woman was serving another customer and decided to look at me. While she's looking at me, she rolled her eyes at me. I just wanted a bowl twin. Then, when I was done with the base of my bowl, employees decided that their conversations were more important than the customer. The same young woman tried to tell one of her co-workers to assemble my bowl but they didn't listen to her....
