I order my food at 9:40 pm and i was suppose to get my order at 10:50pm and they close at 11pm and it is now 11:21pm and I have not gotten my food and I spent over $50. this is ridiculous and unacceptable. I even called them and asked would it be here in time due to I am at a nursing home with my grandma who is on Hospice and this was a meal she requested to have due to she has not been able to to eat I try to get her what she wants before she leaves this earth and they couldn't even communicate that they were not coming. So now I am out of over $50

I have eaten a lot of pizza from different places but this is the best I have ever had hands down! I am from out of town and wanted pizza and this place popped up in my search. The sauce was delicious and toppings were not skimpy. The absolute best part was the cheese crispy end crust! Eat here!

I am so disappointed about having to write this review. I placed an order yesterday evening around 5 PM for an extra large deluxe pizza and a full slab of ribs. I arrived at the store about 30 minutes later, when I arrived I was set up to make a payment for the order. However they were unable to find the items that I placed the order for, after a lot of scrambling they figured out that they place the order but forgot to prepare the food. Of course I was livid at this point, because this is an inconvenience. And I wanted to take my items, so I could deliver them to my friends and family for the Super Bowl. When I asked to speak with a manager DAX approached and told me that they were very busy. He didn't offer any type of compensation, perhaps 10% off, or throwing in something extra for the order. But he met me with hostility and belligerence, he loomed, I actually thought he was going to strike me. There was an exchange about their negligence. He said he was canceling the order and he kicked me out of the store. DAX is a mean individual, with poor customer service skills and I am sorry that I trusted this establishment on this night to prepare my order. I will never return

I went to the Ridge Rd location and ordered Pizza and Ribs. I got there and paid for my food, and upon I assume the manager (Gray hair, and of a foreign nationality) giving me my change he sat it on the counter instead of handing it to me in my hand.( The way i gave it to him). I think that's one of the rudest things you can do to a customer. When I expressed how I felt about it, he was very dismissive, and instantly got an attitude with me. He was staring at me with such a nasty look. I asked him for napkins and he responded wait until he's done ringing me up. This is AFTER he's handed me my food with no napkins. I made it home and tried the food. My ribs were very fatty with very little sauce. I paid for an extra cup, when the other location gave me one without even asking. The pizza was just ok. I'm not sure if the locations are privately owned, however South Euclid by far is a better location than this one. The guys were nice, the food was great, and cooked to perfection. I left and told him he needs to take that money and buy himself some manners, and when i left I still told him to have a nice day, but I will never step foot in that location again.

I've been eating food from this Geppetto's location for over 10 years now (over 30 years at different locations) and it is still so yummy! I've never had anything that didn't take good. Pizza and wings are always a good go to. Even tough I don't really eat ribs theirs are amazing so try them out and thank me later.
This is a place where you can get something for everyone and they will be happy. The customer service here is amazing! Every time I go I'm greeted with smiles and hellos. When I leave it's with a smile. The staff works very hard to keep the quality of food and standards high. It's always clean and everyone is welcoming. With all of the different pizza places that I frequent, Geppetto's is one of my family's favorite.
This location also has a bar in it where you can grab a table, watch a game, order food, and socialize.
