The food is generally good, however, the service is generally good or not so great. If you go in the earlier part of the day, you are generally more likely to have good service. We were there tonight and the younger person who appeared to be working the registered chose to ignore us and another couple that came in apparently hoping that we would use the self serve kiosks instead.
This place is nice, they have decent food and all in all ok. The issue I find is that I have been there so far 3-4 times and each time the wait is very very long. I waited 20-25 minutes the other day for a cream cheese bagel and a tuna wrap.
They have nice staff, and pleasant service, but the wait time is way too long.

i got the combo number one and it was pretty good. the fries were great but the pizza had to much cheese and was undercooked. i really enjoyed the free refills on the fountain soda. all in all this place is pretty good for the prices and its great for a family dine out experience
