I love this restaurant. Every time I'm in Cleveland, this is definitely one of my first spots to stop. I love my Basil Pesto Pasta. I generally go to the Beach wood locations, but the last time there, the service sucked. Sometimes I really dislike dealing with teens and some young adults, they act as if your bothering them to DO THEIR job, and they don't listen so you have to tell them your order numerous times. I wish they would leave there earpods in there pocket.

My experience at this Piada was amazing! Especially Dewan, as he helped me decide what rolled piada I should buy and he actually made it custom and it was so delicious!! Because of Dewan I have come to Piada atleast twice a week ordering the avocado piada with crispy chicken! Thank you Dewan for my new favorite meal!!

The staff at this particular Piada can be hit or miss in terms of their friendliness. But they are quick regardless so there's that. The food is always good and it's easy to eat in.
