“WARNING! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The food and service were horrible. They served burnt flour chips and didn't bring out a new order of them until the food had been served. Three of us were served burnt chimichangas, and my guacamole was old and bad (had a brown tint). When the server came back after 10 minutes to check on us, and I told him about the guacamole, I was offered more bad guacamole, but no replacement of my chimichanga that had the bad guacamole on it. I sent it all back and will not return to this Tres!“

“Bellacinos has quickly become one of mine and my husband's favorite places for dinner. We've tried the pizza, pasta and grinders... we are stuck on the grinders, so many to try! The employees always greet us and are very friendly even when it's a little hectic they make sure our food is good! we highly recommend them!“

“Great little local shop with homemade/canned foods. Bought their homemade canned salsa which was delicious and low sodium! Will return to try more items. Helpful and friendly staff! Some fresh and refrigerated items available as well...cheese, coleslaw, meat, salads. Apple butter, chow chow, canned peppers, sauces, rock candy.

Dietary restrictions: Was told that homemade items are made low sodium to accommodate most dietary restrictions.“

“I placed an order using the app for the first time after my order was picked up by the delivery driver it was cancelled idk why so i called and they sent me to a supervisor named Jared and he was beyond helpful very kind remade my food plus gave me a gift card and had another driver bring it to me they Lady that brought my oder to me was also very kind as well they were both complete sweet hearts and I can't say thank you enough“

“The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The food is always great and the service is fast. They don't all from pizzas and calzones to salads. They offer gluten free pizzas and even do a no dough pizza. If you haven't tried it I suggest you make it your next family dinner or date night.“

“I know the holidays are hard on service workers. but my 75 year old mother ordered from here once a week always. she gets her and dad antiposta salads every week. they messed them up. I know it was not in purpose. but my mom asked that they please send the right one and was denied this. they said they would but only at 10 pm and only if she drove half way to meet them. this was a 8pm this was her dinner. they go to bed by 10. I am so disappointed in them. she didn't get to eat last night. I want them to do something about this and I don't want them to be rude to them again. Kid-friendliness: When I went to the door to get my order the lady said hi to my daughter and talk to her a little before she left with that was cool“

“They took our order...we waited forever.. I called asking where the order was, only to be told they didnt know, it didn't look like it was placed!!!! I said I can send you screenshots of how long i was on phone while I placed said order..they said they was closed and that a GM would contact me.. keep in mind this was my daughters graduation night and all my kids and her friends that was staying over fell asleep hungry..waiting!!! They never contacted me today, so after work I called... only to be on hold two separate times total of 28 minutes, only to be told very rudely by a so called manager Chris that they didnt take a card payment so it wasnt his problem. I was treated beyond horribly. The so called manager said that if it wasn't paid for with card or paid for it was not their problem... who cares if they took our order..told us it would be delivered within 45 minutes...it is not their problem.. I was talked to like a dog so I responded back the way I was being talked to...he hung up on me. It's just really horrible because our kids did favor Marcos pizza but we will NEVER order again. You would think a family that orders so often they would treat better bc we gave them alot of business but.....absolutely not...they do not care about this business or clientele at all! I do not recommend them at all!!!!!!! customer service is definitely not a top priority for them, in fact anything that goes wrong it's not their problem ....the customer is the burden! update : it's 5/28/23 and still nothing. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO A PLACE THAT COYLD CARE LESS IF YOUNGET YOUR ORDER ...IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH SAID ORDER AND MOST OF ALL NEVER REACH OUT AFTER HAVING SUCH A HUGE PROBLEM! We are one of the most laid back families you could meet but, if a so called manager is going to put you in hold for the duration that he did (probably hoping I'd let it go bc he didn't want to deal with ANYTHING) its just ridiculous and I wish you could've heard the hatred and horrible tone he had with me...just for trying to get our family fed and the issue resolved. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!“

“This is my go to place, for a good spaghetti dinner, when I'm in town visiting. Haven't ate here in over a year, but the spaghetti is still the same great tasting dish I look forward to. Unfortunately they have changed the garlic bread I ordered along with. Not impressed with the " garlic roll ". Service was slow and kind of lacking.“
