“Considering Crumbl is a chain and they receive hundreds of customers a day, I was very suprised by the customer service and speed at which they move. I usually go mid monday or tuesday which I find to be the least busiest time of the day, around 12 or 1, and Ive never waited more than 5 minutes. The cookies always come out as they are supposed to, chilled or warmed, and they make sure the order is correct before sealing it.“

“We had family tea party at Clarity house last weekend and it was absolutely lovely. The atmosphere was cozy and quaint and the tea cups and plates were beautiful. The food was delicious and there were many different options for tea. We had 5 children with us and they were welcomed and encouraged to ask questions. They even offered lemonade and different sandwiches to accommodate for a young palate.What was most inspiring about the tea experience was the warmth and engagement from the owner. “My family and I love coming to Perkins every weekend and we do tend to have a bigger party every Sunday. Its seems that the hostess gets visibly irritated with us having about 7-9 people and she makes comments occasionally like “how many today?” In a rude tone or today when I told her nine people she said “damn”. So my main complaint about this restaurant is the front service. Highly disappointed since we are such regular customers.“

“Went in for the first time today, Angela herself was working, along with Claire. Talk about excellent customer service, and making you feel at home. Words just couldn't describe the exceptional service they both offered. You can see that Angela genuinely cares about what she does and the people that come in. I have a massive sweet tooth and was curious about what kind of treats she may have so I meandered my way over there and holy moly was I pleasantly surprised! From the very first cake I picked up at a home to their cute little shop around the block from me to the time I eagerly nabbed something at a school bake sale, no matter where I get their gooey butter cakes, I’m never disappointed. “I have visited the pastry shop here and there for almost 20 years since my mom moved us out this way. They have always had great pastries and great service. Here lately I have been closely watching their Facebook story and have been seeing the cake slices they have for sale. I have seen a few that I wanted to get but just didn’t make it to get a slice. On Thursday 6/20/24, they posted yellow cake with cotton candy buttercream. I knew I needed to get it. After I picked up my son I called to see if they had any more slices left and I was told they had 2 left and the lady on the phone asked if I wanted her to put them to the side for me. Not even 3 minutes later, I arrived with my son to pick up the slices. Service was amazing as it had always been in the past. When we got settled at home we opened up a slice. Let’s just say I only had a corner of one slice and it was amazing!!! My 2 year old devoured the rest of the cake even licking the icing out of the container. So safe to safe this was a winner. I still have one slice left to enjoy. I hope this flavor will come back around often so I can buy more. Maybe even be able to place and order for a whole cake like this. Either way, it was amazing and we can’t wait to try more cake slices.“

“Amazing pastries here. Ordered one of almost everything and still going through it all to try it all! I’d definitely come back again! Online orders (preset boxes) looked great and packaged well! Their in store menu has a wider selection which was all great!

Food - 10/10. So good I’d go daily if it was closer!

Service - 10/10. Everyone is super friendly and helpful inside! Just a heads up, it is a smaller building so not many customers can be inside at once, so expect a wait!

Atmosphere - cozy contemporary vibes! The pastries are also displayed nicely and seemingly in order of palette (salty pastries on one side, sugary on the other) which was helpful in ordering!

“I have never had a less than incredible experience at Happy Chicks. Any time I’m back in Cincy for any reason and they’re open, you’ll find me there. I’m greeted like an old friend. You'll basically get a cup along with the lid & walk yourself to the station where you pour the mini creamers. Choosing what black coffee flavor you'd want.
