“Huge shout out to Wife’s Ramen & Pho! We’ve been enjoying your delicious Pho & other dishes since we discovered you. Tonight my husband and I went in because he was craving some. I just had esophageal surgery & am on a strict liquid diet & have to be careful of ingredients. I planned to just have a drink but when the server was told why I wasn’t eating, she guided me to an extra broth bowl, found out the seasonings from the Chef who then offered to serve the broth completely plain & then put the seasoning on the side. I had already ordered a tea that I didn’t realize was one of the bobas and she then advised me of that and we had those removed. The Ube Green Tea was delicious and the broth satisfying. Thank you so much for going out of your way so I could dine out tonight! Looking forward to returning to eat my favorites when I’m fully recovered!”

“I told them I work in a blue collar manufacturing plant and wanted to bring in some bright, fun spring donuts for our quarterly meeting with all employees to make them smile and they DEFINITELY DELIVERED!!! Straight off of my pinterest board 😍😍😍 The giant cinnamon rolls were also huge hit, everyone kept talking about them being so big and yummy!! They even came in early so I could pick them up morning of!! Very highly recommend, they are so so kind!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“It was so warm and friendly when we came in, the servers were very friendly and helpful when we said it was our first time there. Sitting at the back bar, you get a great view of the cooks making your ramen. The food was amazing, I got Shoyu ramen and my partner got the Bacon Ramen and both were delicious. They portions are large and I ate my fill and had left overs to take home for later. Will be adding them to the rotation of restaurants when we go to Toledo for dinner.”

“My wife and I had dinner at Benchmark for my 80th birthday last night. It was wonderful! Our waiter, Josh, was professional and friendly. The food, lobster tail and 8 oz filet, asparagus side, was cooked just right and superb. We got a free Dubai chocolate tiramisu for dessert, which was delectable. Benchmark has generally been consistently good, with great service, and this was no exception.”

“5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One great thing about this place besides the great food, staff, and service compared to ANY OTHER RESTAURANT in town is these people understand what their posted hours truly mean. . If the post theyre open 7am to 3pm and I walk in this place at2:59pm I get to sit down and eat! I've NEVER EVER heard them say,"well the kitchen is already closed and we close at 3pm. Try that at any other restaurant in town and see what happens”

“A beautiful, one of a kind family-owed business. Delicious, authentic Thai food that I've personally had the pleasure of enjoying for years from their previous venture, Bangkok Cafe. The atmosphere is beautiful. Somewhere between cozy and classy for a wonderful, calm dining experience. Dining in Roi Et feels like coming home. Service always given with a smile, and the staff is incredibly friendly. My waitress was attentive and even helpful with recommendations as I myself am a little bit of an adventurous eater. Food comes out piping hot and prompt to order. The menu is thoughtfully arranged, digestible, and gives the customer a good grasp of what they're getting. I have had the Kar Pao Beef at medium heat (brave for me. Painful, but delicious!) Fried rice, Shrimp puffs (they're my my favorite appetizer. Delicious and with an incredibly satisfying crunch tucked into a little perfect triangle package. SO GOOD!!) The rice is always perfectly cooked. A little bit sticky and fluffy at the same time. Its fantastic. I want to know their secret. This visit I had the Massaman Curry. Mostly sweet profile with the very very slightest hint of spice at the back end. Plenty of broth with chunky veggies, perfectly cooked through and still firm to tooth in a way I find very pleasant! I dug in too quickly to get a good picture. Maybe next time! I also tried the Thai iced tea for the first time. An absolute hit. Portion sizes are generous. You absolutely get what you pay for. My only complaint is that I cant eat more in one sitting. Hands down one of my favorite places to go for a taste of southeast Asia.”

“We had a birthday party here with about 30 people. Kim was so helpful and kind with the planning process. On the actually night, all our guests had delicious meals with fast service. Our waitresses were efficient and friendly the whole time. All the food is amazing. I've never had a bad meal here. This has become one of my favorite places to eat downtown. Go visit them, you won't be sorry! Fantastic food!”

Our group was well taken care of from the moment we walked in, and the staff went above and beyond to make the night seamless. The setup was perfect for conversation and networking, and the menu was outstanding. Our guests raved about the entire experience. Claude’s never misses. Highly recommend them for any event or gathering.”
