Ordered takeout. 2 dinners, 1 chicken breast dinner breaded with honey. No honey on chicken. No gravy on potatoes. No butter for rolls. To top it off no silverware or napkins. Sad that you can’t get reliable help
I went there this morning and one server blew her nose behind the counter and then proceeded to go serve customers without washing her hands. That wasn't even the worst of it. Bob Evans offers a traditional American vibe with a farm-themed decor. The restaurant serves generous portions of delicious food, such as the sirloin steak and eggs with home fries. Customers appreciate the affordable prices. The atmosphere is nice and quiet for a pleasant conversation. However, some visitors have experienced that the service needs work, and the restrooms need to be remodeled and updated. Despite some food quality problems, like overcooked sausage or a salad that did not go well together, the servers are good, cooperative, and kind. Bob Evans is recommended for a breakfast spot in Northeast Ohio.
