just placed an order for the VIRAL pizza that's advertised for Dominos all over social media and received a standard Philly pizza, call store and spoke with Alex Cleveland the "acting" manager for the evening I assume and asked if I could receive what I order through the link that's VIRAL and he had no clue and said I would have to pay for any additional pizzas even if I wanted them to take back what I didn't initially expect to receive. I thought I'd try Domino's subs instead of going to subway. Big mistake! I was very disappointed. Hardly any meat and very little cheese..... mostly really tough bread. I saved half my philly steak to eat the next day and showed my friends how pitiful it was. Picture below. I want my money back.😤
Better quality in employees. This is the second time I ordered pizza from the Stow Oh location that came cold. The first time it set in quality control for over 30 minutes, by the time it got to me the gluten free pizza was also burnt. Today it was in quality control for 35 minutes the delivery took them an additional 25 minutes to get it to me. And I live 2.5 miles from the store.
