I love the Hylander Grogg Coffee, and I buy it four pounds at a time (when it's in stock, which is hit-or-miss). The last time I came in, I bought six pounds, and I got a bad batch (Beachwood). It doesn't taste or smell right; I brewed two separate batches in my normal cold-brew process, and both were undrinkable. Would not recommend! After falling in love with the Montrose location and a drink there, I visited Highland Square - my drinks were messed up and the baristas seemed confused as to what nitro even was. I spoke to the Fairlawn manager who said this was something they regularly heard and she apologized. I contacted nervous dog on here just to get the drinks remade and no response. Traveling from out of town. WOW! did I find hidden treasure! Had a large Almond, white chocolate, raspberry latte oat milk. It was divine! I own a small shop in Buckeye Lake and this is hitting our menu!! Service was kind and store was clean!! I’ll be back in morning before we go home!!
