Starbucks in Stow

“Staff is always kind and EXTREMELY quick, on top of that the drink is always perfectly made no matter when I go. the place is always clean and a great atmosphere. I live directly behind the starbucks in Kent and will drive to this location instead every time.“

“I don’t typically go to Starbucks very much anymore. I have a favorite local coffee shop that I like to go to. However, I’ve been to this Starbucks twice this week and the service was exceptional.. They were friendly and smiling, and I had a screw up on my order and they were still pleasant. I also have to say the cold brew is amazing. That’s what I got both times Cold brew absolutely delicious with just a touch of cinnamon powder on it. The pleasant Employees made the whole experience exceptional. I wanted to make sure that they got some type of recognition the two young ladies working the drive-through window on September 2 around 4:50 PM.“

“Every Starbucks is filled with employees trying their hardest, lines are always wrapped around the building regardless of location around this time, and walk in usually isn’t much better. Today is Christmas Day, and like usual busy- but the employees here are standing on business. Never have I seen a Starbucks location - especially on a holiday working as efficiently and joyously (even though it’s Christmas, they don’t want to be here).not really a Starbucks person, but they aced it today, from coffee, experience and quickness“
