“I don’t typically go to Starbucks very much anymore. I have a favorite local coffee shop that I like to go to. However, I’ve been to this Starbucks twice this week and the service was exceptional.. They were friendly and smiling, and I had a screw up on my order and they were still pleasant. I also have to say the cold brew is amazing. That’s what I got both times Cold brew absolutely delicious with just a touch of cinnamon powder on it. The pleasant Employees made the whole experience exceptional. I wanted to make sure that they got some type of recognition the two young ladies working the drive-through window on September 2 around 4:50 PM.“

“Chris was my barista today and she is literally the sweetest person ever!! I’ve never seen her before and this is the location I usually go to so it was a very pleasant surprise! I dont know if she’s new or something but she’s great, very friendly and kind“
