Nice lighting at the bar. (Madeline) Bartender went MIA for a long time when we arrived. Asked manager where she was she laughed she had no idea. When she finally came out she was hiding in bathroom. She never gave us plates for our appetizer we used napkins. She again disappeared drinks empty. She was nice when she was actually around. Service was the worst.

Food was just okay and service was fine. We got the 2 for $25. Ordered the hamburger and the chicken salad. It was saturated in dressing and another dressing came on the side. I prefer way less dressing but clearly the cook hates salad.
This trip to Applebee's made me realize just how much waste they produce. Dressings and condiments came in plastic ramekins. Water refills got a new glass every time causing increase use of water and soap. The corporation should make an effort to reduce waste.

Bartender seemed “panicked” or “flustered “ the entire visit. My wife’s dish was served 10 minutes before I received my dish. The manager also seemed flustered. The chicken was overcooked for my dish. Very disappointing experience.

I was not a happy camper walking in having slipped on the ice outside and a split lip, but Hunter C. R. turned my world upside down, providing my ice for my injured lip, and fine cuisine for my depleted taste buds. Give this boy a raise immediately. He is doing more than delivering food and checks, he is a listening ear, a nurse, and a bright light to this icy world.

When I went to pick up my mobile order, they would not give it to me until I signed the receipt. I asked why I hv to sign a receipt for a mobile order. She said it gives the customer an opportunity to leave a tip. I asked "a tip for what?" She said because they put it in a bag for you. What service was provided other than someone putting my order in a bag? This is their practice it seems like 👎🏾

Placed a pickup order for an Oriental chicken salad. TERRIBLE hardly any lettuce and 1/2 the size of the one I got last week. The dressing is seperated. I WILL NO LONGER ORDER AT THIS LOCATION. Not the first time I have gotten sub par food.

I usually enjoy Applebees. Unfortunately not this time. I got the quesadilla burger and the burger was burnt and there was so much sauce on it that it made the whole thing soggy and not good at all.Paid for i burger I couldn’t even eat.

if you like saucy meats, Applebee’s is the right pic for you Food was HOT AF. i love the sauce for the wanton chicken. I would definitely come here a 2nd time. 😩😩. I would advise dress warm..

Waitress was over loaded with tables. She didn't realize she had another table for at least 15 minutes. Brought thd check out and didn't know we didn't have our meal. I know it wasn't her fault. Applebee's need to work on helping clearing the tables and better on observation of the customers needs.
