What lures me into Arby's is the crinkle fries, their fries are second to none. From there the menu of the meat and sandwiches are very good. 9 times out of 10 as I leave the restaurant I ring the bell

Food was fresh and the manager was nice but little girls with big attitude problems shouldn't be running a register and call a customer a liar. Shouldn't lie to their manager either when they mess an order up.

Went in for lunch at 1:30, floor was sticky and gross. We waited 15 minutes for our food to come out. I ordered the French dip... The bread was stale, meat was cold, cheese wasn't even melted. Fries were also not fresh. Overall, comparatively to the Arby's I usually dine at... A complete 360 difference. Disappointed to say the least at the Arby's in streestboro.
