Patty was our server and she was AMAZING!! She was so kind and was ontop of our service. There was a man behind us being extremely rude to her over the wait time of food, as if he didn’t come to bob evans on a busy sunday morning, also she is not the kitchen, and she handled the situation with class. She was amazing and I would love to be served by her again!

This is my local restaurant. Went there on Wednesday after pre-ordering the day before on Tuesday for a pickup of (2) lunch $8.99 meals and a $6.99 biscuits and gravy for me and my elderly friend Barb in Parma for Thanksgiving Thursday. When I arrived, my order was not ready. Mr. Ricky Vincik (Certified Trainer) offered me a free loaf of dessert bread to compensate for the mistake carry out person's mistake. Seeing that it cost the same as the biscuits and gravy I already ordered, I asked if I could just have that. He agreed. That's how you satisfy a customer! Keep this guy!

Had two eggs over medium with sausage links, hash browns and white toast with butter an orange juice and coffee. The food was perfect, service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was nice. I like that they don't make a big deal about you taking up a booth if you're just one person.

I brought my son here for breakfast. He loves his chicken fried steak. He always gets this. I'm not usually a breakfast fan so I ordered a dinner instead like the steak and shrimp. I was disappointed. The broccoli had black parts the steak was chewy. Not sure if I'll return again

Run away, don't walk. Worst carryout experience ever. First of all, it was 15 minutes late. They didn't pay attention to any of the customizations we had. Waited til I picked up to tell me they were out of BBQ sauce for my BBQ salad so I basically paid $14 for a plain salad. Worst service and restaurant ever. We won't return.
