They probably threw the fish back into the fryer after I ordered a special fish sandwich. It was nice and hot but I couldn't bite into it so I wasted my money. Should of gone to McDonald's

Update 6/3/25, 4:15 pm *Not sanitary* !! Younger girl at the front scratches her armpit underneath her shirt, before she takes my order. I was too hungry and to tired to go somewhere else. She never washed her hands and served many meals. She was also pissed off at something. Not good. After my meal, I proceeded to the men's room. No other customers in the store at this time. While standing at the urinal, the toilet flushes, someone walks out *no hand washing* I leave about 45 seconds later and no customers leaving nor in the eating area. Spoke to the full in manager as an opportunity for coaching who was rude and not real interested in the issue. Said she'd share with the manager instead of taking care of this immediately. This is a serious issue at this store.

Not sure if this is normal for bk breakfast or just this location however no one was wearing gloves when making the food and the cashier didn’t say a word to me when taking my order but would talk to other customers after they walked in after me…
Doordash order was 100 percent wrong. Bag was labeled with my initial no receipt and not a single thing I ordered was in the bag. I spent 30 dollars and got a cold happy meal

They told me i cant go thru the drive-thru cause i have a trailor on my truck have done it a hundred times and now i cant ! I guess ill go somewhere else for breakfast, lunches and dinners

After they tried to upsell me on fries, drinks, and dessert they couldn’t even get both patties on the double cheeseburger.

Tried to order on DoorDash, said they stopped accepting orders at 11:30 I just got home from a long day at work and ordered at 10:45 and the order was supposed to be to me by 11:20 so still within the time, but then Burger King canceled my order at 11:30 when my dasher was waiting on the order, why accept orders that late if you won’t honor it, absolutely ridiculous
