The food is good and portions are alright but the front door is impossible for children, the elderly, and disabled to open. My able-bodied husband struggled to open their door we thought it was locked!

The Lady behind the counter acted like my meat came directly out of her pay check, one little tongs worth then had an attitude when I politely asked for more.... Burrito was damn near vegan ....

The service brought up my review otherwise it would have been 2 stars. Our order was on line. So each order has known extras. I would expect if someone wants only rice and chicken the bowl would be full. Even my order was not a full bowl. I don't know if it is because we ordered on line because this is the first time but in person we would get full bowls. This is one of the last Chipotle's we go to because the rest started to do the same crap. Chipotle is really making me wish there was a noes nearby

Portion size here is a joke. Barely any rice, the protein is a single scoop. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for a standard portion of food. Go to another location.
The food is fresh & hot! I do not get any meat & ask for double rice to make up for it & they always do a good job giving me generous portions! Very happy to live so close to this location

My order was incorrectly prepared, omitting five key ingredients. When I returned to address this with the manager, I was dismissed due to my perceived tone. Consequently, I received neither a refund nor a replacement meal, resulting in wholly unsatisfactory service. I will not be returning to this establishment.

This Chipotle is what i’m going to miss the most when i move away from Streetsboro….amazing service and one of the last locations with fair portion sizes. Every other location needs to take notes.
