Hear me out. I know it's just chipotle... But I can honestly say this is the best chipotle in northeast Ohio. I travel 30 min to go to this one every time now. Everytime I've walked into smiles and genuinely good attitudes from the staff. The food is always fresh and hot, the building is always clean. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Thank you for being consistent everytime and keep it up! I've told multiple people they have to go there and they all agree.

Something was wrong with the steak tacos. I only ate one, and I ended up horribly sick later that night. My son and fiance ate the other two tacos, and they ended up with the same horrible stomach pains and terribly sick.

Went to chipotle because the hours posted are open till 11pm. Door unlocked employees talking. Food all still in place on the front line. Employee turns around and says sorry our front line is closed we are only taking online orders. Never be to a business that turns paying customers away.

Got takeout for my family tonight. Everything was well-cooked, and the service was exceptionally good this visit.
Ordered two bowls one with double rice and double meat. Both bowls were small portion size. The rice was cold and not seasoned at all. Everything about both bowls screamed someone needs a retraining. The employees were nice though. I usually get the plant base but skipped it since it looked very dry. Next time I'll just shake off being tired and cook my own meal ??♀️.

I frequent chipotle quite a few times per month and even used to work at one. The last four times I’ve eaten at this location I’ve gotten sick with horrible stomach pains and kept having to run to the bathroom. This is the only location that makes me sick, I don’t have this problem with any other chipotle location. Im not sure if they’re serving bad food or not cleaning well enough or what but I won’t be eating here anymore.
