If I could leave 10 stars, I would leave 10. This is the cleanest chipotle I’ve ever been to the manager and staff know how to run a restaurant.

The building is always clean, making it a recommended destination and the best Chipotle in Northeast Ohio. However, the front door can be difficult for children, the elderly, and disabled to open, which some customers found challenging. One customer received the biggest chicken bowl they've ever had at any Chipotle and appreciated that they didn't have to ask for a full spoon of rice. On the other hand, service issues were noted when online orders did not always include full bowls, which disappointed some customers and affected their overall experience. Despite these concerns, the staff's positive attitude and the food's quality remain highlights of this location.
