I've been going to Wendy's since I lived in Cincinnati in the mid 1970's and have never received what I consider inferior customer service until today. There were workers standing around but the one cashier seemed to be doing everyone else's job instead of her own, including bagging food for the drive thru in the middle of taking my order. They got my sandwiches done and they sat for several minutes while fries sat in the warmer and no one made a move to put the fries on our tray...read full review

I thought it was a prank when I walked in. The girl(Crystal I think her name is) had to be made aware I was standing there. The cook(Jermain I believe) was just standing around with his pants completely off his butt talking to everyone. Not 1 employee was wearing a uniform or name tag. No wendys apparel was present. It looked like they wore what they woke up in. This place is completely unrealistic. No wonder fast food franchises are going fully automated.

First and last time ever going to this, Wendy’s waited in line for about 10 minutes they would do one car at a time put in your order and then pull around and get it. The service was horrible and the manager was playing on his phone not helping the employees at all and it definitely shows I was there on March 3 at 5:02 Maric’a was the host. I don’t know who the manager was but he sucked.
