NEVER GO THERE THEY SUCK …. Slowest service ever .. the manger should be fired … very unprofessional … this is worst then some Wendy’s in the hood .. I’ve worked in the area for several years and I’ve watched this establishment go down hill .. Corporate needs to make some changes ASAP!

I've been going to Wendy's since I lived in Cincinnati in the mid 1970's and have never received what I consider inferior customer service until today. There were workers standing around but the one cashier seemed to be doing everyone else's job instead of her own, including bagging food for the drive thru in the middle of taking my order. They got my sandwiches done and they sat for several minutes while fries sat in the warmer and no one made a move to put the fries on our tray and hand over our food until I complained, and I'm afraid I was a little rude. But they were all moving in slow motion with no urgency to please the inside customers at all.

I thought it was a prank when I walked in. The girl(Crystal I think her name is) had to be made aware I was standing there. The cook(Jermain I believe) was just standing around with his pants completely off his butt talking to everyone. Not 1 employee was wearing a uniform or name tag. No wendys apparel was present. It looked like they wore what they woke up in. This place is completely unrealistic. No wonder fast food franchises are going fully automated.
Please hire more workers at a decent wage. This place is so slow and the employees are super

First and last time ever going to this, Wendy’s waited in line for about 10 minutes they would do one car at a time put in your order and then pull around and get it. The service was horrible and the manager was playing on his phone not helping the employees at all and it definitely shows I was there on March 3 at 5:02 Maric’a was the host. I don’t know who the manager was but he sucked.

Without apology, they are pathetically slow! Dining room is seldom open and they’re always short-staffed! The worst around!
The good: nuggets were really good, manager Jackie is really good, the girl at the drive thru and young guy making sandwiches all doing their jobs at a steady pace. The less good: I just was not aknowledge as I stood there to order. There was no disrespectful attitude and she was busy I'm just frustrated the counter staff couldn't acknowledge me, it was as if I did not exist. All ended well just a little bit of courtesy please. Will be back. KB

The staff took excellent care of us despite arriving close to closing time with a large group. It was refreshing to visit a fast restaurant that was actually still open for dine-in at the time stated on their website - so often nowadays locations throw in the towel and arbitrarily close the building and offer drive-in only despite their stated hours.Kid-friendliness: Staff was considerate and went above and beyond to help get orders right for the many young children in our group

Burger was coldforgot the friesWhen I went back the poor girl at drive thru was running around doing orders.3 guys in the back, no hair nets and one was so busy watching a video on his phone he didnt hear the fry timer go off.

Waited forever for my old, cold food..no such thing as fast food here! The boy making the sandwiches was as slow as molasses. As we were sitting in the dining room eating, a young man came out from the back and started picking his nose (he was knuckle deep in there) and rolling his boogers while standing over the deep fryer and preparing food. Also stuck his hand up his shirt and appeared to be digging in his armpit, also over the deep fryer and never went to wash his hands. I am so thankful he was not out there preparing my family's food. I will never return here.

Just got home from a stop at the Wendy's drive thru and opened the bag... Ewwww Wendy's, when was the last time you changed the oil in the fryer? Those fries were a gross dirty brown and went straight on the garbage. Keep in mind it's 5pm on a Tuesday...Tried to order a salad as well, and was told "we don't have grilled chicken for a salad"... ??? Really?Sub-par, really sub-par, even for a fast food place. Blech.
