Ordered a club sub supreme tonight and drove from Austintown to Boardman got home to find out there was no bacon or mayo. Called to let them know and got told we’re out of bacon. This sub wasn’t worth my free sub I earned with my rewards. Barely any vinegar on it as well. Pretty dry. Not the quality service I’ve seen in other Jersey Mikes stores.
Went there New Years Eve, late afternoon around 4PM. The crew working was so unorganized. Unorganized to the point customers coming in quite later than others having their food processed while older customers watched their food just sit on the counter unattended to. Unorganized to the point that items asked for were totally ignored to the point they were never received. This was the first time I’ve ever had Jersey Mike’s and sorry to say the last. Good luck!!!
