Ordered 2 sandwiches. Both were selected as giant. We got the order and one was a regular and one was a giant so we had to go back and get the other half to the sandwich. Made customizations to one of the sandwiches and they didn't follow it at all. Asked for no bacon and they put bacon on anyways. Asked to add pepperoni and salami and they didn't do that either even though there was a note on the bag saying to add it. They said they didn't put it on because it was extra meat. Would've paid at the store for the extra meat if they told us then or they should have an option online when ordering to add what we want to the sandwich. HIGHLY do not recommend this place.

The young men working here were extremely nice and kind...one helped a lady get her order to the car as it was a lot. I only went 4 stars on service because they weren't very fast.. I waited a long time and the they almost put three people in front of me. Over all, a good visit.
It's Jersey Mike's so you know what they have. They always make a good sandwich. My only complaint is the service is slllllooooooowwwww. We've ordered via the app several times and the food has never been ready at the scheduled time. The least we've waited was 15mins past the schedule time. The last time I was there, I arrived 5 mins after my schedule time. They told me they were just starting to make the sandwiches. I watched a group of 4 walk in and get their sandwiches before mine.

Jersey Mike's is usually one of the few chains that no matter which one you go to the quality is exactly the same everytime. I always get a 17 and it's always amazing. This time it was disappointing. Portions were very low compared to normal. What was there tasted great, but the sub was almost all bread. It was like they put a regular portion size on a giant sub.

They screwed up 3 people's olders including mine and I was waiting for one sandwich over a half hour I said no lettuce or tomatoes and got lettuce and tomatoes another guy said no peppers had to drive home and back to get new sandwich 🤔 then the work said we work here we know what we are doing when I said should I tell you how to make it for me I asked for meat and cheese no veggies thumbs down
