Ordered 3 giant subs to get home and find a very long hair in one of our sandwiches with the meat literally hanging off of it! It was absolutely disgusting to the point we threw all our sandwiches out. Very disappointed.

The Streetsboro Ohio store repeatedly missed my expectations. They provide less meat in the sandwich compared with nearby Twinsburg and Hudson locations. The Streetsboro store has a scale to make you think they're following some guidelines, but I asked to see the reading of the scale. Also I requested the calibration certificate. They looked at me with a blank stare. It's obvious they put less than 70% of the meat even when I say no tomatoes.
