Just walked in at 8:44 p.m and she told me they were closed already. She needs fired, this is the 4th place I've stopped in last 2 hours with people who are refusing to work. Don't come here and do business. She even thought it was funny.

Okay, I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this Jimmy John’s! The place is totally different now — you can tell there’s new management because everything’s running smooth and the vibes are way better.

My sandwich came out freaky fast (like, seriously fast 😂) and it was super fresh. The crew was awesome — Han and Rushabh were super friendly and just made the whole experience great.

If you haven’t been here in a while, give it another shot. This Jimmy John’s is back and better than ever! 🥪🔥

I stopped by Jimmy John’s recently and was blown away by how much it’s improved under the new management! The place feels fresh, organized, and the service is freaky fast just like the slogan says. The sandwiches were delicious and perfectly made.

The new team is doing an amazing job — everyone was friendly and welcoming, especially Pinky and Sam, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can really tell they care about the customers and the quality.

So glad to see this Jimmy John’s turning around — definitely my new go-to spot for a quick and tasty meal! 👏🥪

I ordered the jalapeno ranch chicken wrap. there was something on the wrap that made me sick 3 days. I left feedback on the Jimmy John's app. They call me and I got explain to them what went on. They advised me they were going to refund my money. I never got a refund. Just poor service and poor customer service

Service was terrible. Paid with a gift card and after the woman behind the counter noted that I owed $2, I swiped my credit card and they ended up charging everything on my credit card. When I explained what happened, and to make sure I didnt get double charged, the lady blew up at me and said it was my credit card's fault. Then ended up saying it was a system error. She raised her voice with me the whole time instead of coming to a solution. She eventually ended up confirming that my gist card was never charged. Just poor customer service.

Half of my order was wrong and missing !I was told to come pick it up ! I gave a very well tip She told me she did the order herself and I was wrong.I said I am at work and can not leave! horrible customer service all the way around
