There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! When you walk inside NO ONE will acknowledge your presence. If you use online ordering, the kiosk or if you are there picking up a Doordash order, you will be TOTALLY IGNORED. Plan on waiting 12 to 20 minutes for your order to be put up on the counter. The drive thru might be a little quicker but not by much. I would give service ZERO stars if it was possible. I can't rate the food because I walked out after 20 minutes.

This is one of the worst McDonald's. I've ever frequented. They never open on time at 6 AM. They let people sit in the driveway until 6:20 and say we're not opening for 20 minutes. Their customer service is horrible. I waited 19 minutes at the window for an order. While there was 8 cars behind me and they said we were waiting on a fish sandwich which when it came out, was cold. Their employees are rude. The product is garbage and I wouldn't recommend a rat eat in this establishment. The management is horrible as well.Whoever owns this franchise good luck. This mcdonald's is a piece of trash.

On my way home from Michigan I stop here often on Route 14 today I ordered a number 1 combo no pickles on Mac and make it a Large.... the girl with blonde hair & tarantula eyelashes gives me a Medium Coke then shook her head and said no no it says a Medium I said I wanted the Large Combo she apologized and said NO ???? Im 65 years old felt like this teenager scolded me? Do better Streetsboro McDonalds!!!

Food was lukewarm, fuzz in fries. Service very slow and drink machines werent working. Took quite a long time to get a replacement for something we ordered since it was messed up first time. Would not recommend this place!!
It's a regular McDonald's and a decent neighborhood. Everything is fine and as expected. No specific complaints about this location. It's just a good McDonald's
