I think this store might be understaffed or they were just slammed when we went here. The staff were really nice, though. The fries were truly terrible and the McDoubles were weird but fine. The ranch snack wrap was good, they did a great job saucing it up. The iced coffee was great. The McNuggets were absolutely perfect and the best I’ve ever had from any McDonald’s. I’m rating a 3 only because the fries were inedible.

Almost 40 mins waiting curbside and the order placed at home. Unacceptable for fast food. Person bringing food out has no personality and was basically unpleasant. I’ll drive to Twinsburg where the staff smile and act more professional. Bad hiring practices are showing.
It's 6:30pm on a sunday took 15 min to get to windows. Girl was all over the place. Didn't give us our drinks (had to ask) then had to ask for straws and napkins and she gave us a ridiculous amount. She seemed to be busy seeking attention from a male worker.

I thought I've seen bad before, this place is a waste of time! I ordered a BigMac & there was ABSOLUTELY nothing on the top 2 pieces of bread; no sauce, no meat, no lettuce. It was just 2 pieces of bread put together. But these people want to be paid more than 20 dollars and hour? Yup, go up on the prices & cut the quantity!
