Soo we had an issue with the cashier at the window. We ordered 2 meal the second one we watched her fill the drink up, she allowed it to over flow so she was asked if she could wipe it off. That annoyed her apparently because when she gave us our bag there was sauce all over the handles.

The location in Streetsboro was always my favorite Popeyes until today. This will probably be my last time giving this location my money. Customer service used to be really good and now its terrible. The cashier had a bad attitude, didnt bother to ask if I wanted my chicken mild or spicy nor did she ask if I preferred white or dark meat. When we got our food it was disgusting! Fries were hard as bricks so we couldnt eat them. The chicken wasnt fresh and tasted old as if it was sitting for hours. Food is entirely too expensive now a days to be serving customers meals like this. I can honestly say this location has went downhill. Save your money and get food elsewhere in the area if you are hungry. This was a huge disappointment!

Couldn't even take my order. I waited eight minutes at an empty drive through for them to even start taking my order. While I was waiting I was curious as to why the place was empty at dinner time. Looking up the reviews of this place, as the owner , I would be mortified. It's saturday night at five o'clock and your store is empty. The woman at the drive through couldn't even take my order right kept.Trying to ring up combo meals and adding sides when all we wanted was chicken. You can hear the incompetence. The owner has to be taking a huge LOSS on this store every day. Do not eat at this location!!

Such experience is actually across all RBI restaurants. Burger king, Popeyes and tim Hortons. If the management actually did a good job these chains would be so much more popular with so many more loyal customers.

I went to this location several times every time I visit this location its has been horrible there customer service sucks had a prior bad experience but let that go i was having a great day left work decided to get me some popeyes got there ordered my food ask for all dark meat was told they cant do that and thats fine but i never heard of that before i have ordered from other popeyes and never had a problem even if there is an up charge i was trying toi expain that and the young lady insisted that they cant do that talking over me i ask her name i was told that she cant give out her name I ask for a manager i was told the same thing they cant give out there name a manager never heard of that before
we were talking the manager and I the young lady comes back talking loud very rude Hello im the customer here some young man comes to join in the conversation where did he come from They were very rude and unprofessional no customer service skills at all i eill never come to this popeyes again

Save yourself time and money by going to another location unless you want to wait an hour for the wrong order, while listening to staff curse and argue. My first experience shouldve been my last when the entire crew didn't show up and we waited in an empty drive thru for close to an hour. Couldn't get a refund and had to come back a day later to get food. My second experience was even worse. I placed my order ahead of time and gave them my name when I got in. I waited an hour (I dont think they started my food until 40 mins in when I reminded them) and during my wait I could hear staff cursing and talking about how much they hated working there. Oh, and I had an item missing after waiting an hour plus. I love popeyes but I would rather go into the next town than have to deal with poor service. Please take the time to replace your staff rather than replying to reviews with empty apologies. a 2 star is not a good look and could easily be lifted if actual change comes. However I doubt that will happen with reviews as far back a year ago matching just as poorly with current reviews.
I cannot believe that we ordered from Popeyes again! The first experience was the same as last night's order, Ordered the 16 piece family meal for 4 of us, $65.00 plus $20.00 tip for the doordash driver, which he was cool! The Streetsboro Popeyes was out of spicy chicken so we were forced to buy the regular since the doordash driver was in the restaurant, Cold fries, 2 large containers with a small amount of coleslaw in each container that did not even go half way up the container! The chicken was cold with the exception of 2 chicken breasts, this is twice now from this restaurant in Streetsboro! We will never ever order from this place again!

Just ordered the new Hot Ones Darin dab wings with the ālast dabā ranch, waited 40 MINUTES and didnāt get the ranch. I walked inside to get it, heard two workers arguing about wether or not I had to pay for it, was handed a packet of siracha, and the worker called me absurd as I walked away.

Sandwiches are great but the Streetsboro location never have staff. Waited 15 mins in line. Then was told we dont have staff. Wasted 20 mins of my day just for them to disappoint. Shut down and save people time if you have low employment numbers isnt fair to staff or customers. Ive never left a review before but this is rediculus. And not the first time this has happened. Please please do better. Thanks.

Dirty bathroom, looks like it hasnāt seen a cleaning in weeks! Also no TP, watched an employee go use facilities and come out never to return to replace TO or clean bathroom. It was trash, also company logos falling off walls and they havenāt been open that long. Do better or you will be closing soon!
