Stop here at your own risk! I promise, if you get the frozen Italian ice. (Dr. Pepper or Root bBeer) and top it with Rita's vanilla custard, you will be hooked. AMAZING!

My family and I went to Rita's a couple of weeks ago to try some of their ice cream and Italian ice. It was delicious! The customer service was A+. The servers were patient and very helpful. They provided us with samples of items and recommended some of their best sellers, which turned out to be a great option. Since the flavors change daily, it is hard to recommend just one. I'm happy they are so close because I took some other family members back the next day so that I could try a different flavor, and my family and I were very pleased.

Just recently discovered this place a few weeks ago, employees are very nice and have great service! I can't have dairy so the custard is out for me but the Italian ices are amazing.. my wife and her family say the custard is great!

YUMMY ice and custard! Love all the changing flavors and especially that they carry some sugar free flavors as well. The custard is divinely smooth and luscious. The price is decent for the size you receive. The ice is so smooth and delicious. I wish they carried some dye free flavors though, as we have a red dye allergy in our family.

The staff was nice and the area had a good atmosphere. The food was made really sweet and prices affordable. I would definitely come back again.

You get what you pay for. Today I got served a cup of whipped cream. Just wet cream. It was supposed to be frozen coffee. Then they doubled down when I confronted them about it, when we can all see that there's no frozen coffee in the cup.

The treats are really yummy and they don't skimp on toppings! However, there is limited parking and you will be asked to tip at the window.

Parking: Good location, in a busy part of streetsboro on route 14.. have to turn across three lanes to turn left out of the location which is the only difficult thing. Not many parking spaces but seems like most people are going through drive-thru which we got through very quickly. My kids loved the shaved ice and Frozen custard. Definitely recommend.. about $4 for a small shaved ice which isn't great but the quality is definitely really good

Nice little Italian ice and custard shop. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they had a few more custard flavors, but I guess that's what the other ice cream places are for. The inside seemed nice and clean. The bathrooms were nice as well. I also appreciate any place that has an app where you can see the menu, place your order and earn rewards.

Parking: Parking can be a little tight if they're busy. The lot is not very big. They do have a drive through though if you're in a hurry.

They could use a bigger parking lot for sure. Hope people aren't driving by without giving Rita's a try because of that.
