They were very short staffed. We were going to order food but after half an hour just decided to do the salad bar because the server was so busy she hadn't yet taken our orders. She was friendly but overwhelmed.

Why 6 dollars to add a salad to an already expensive meal. Bathrooms were dirty and smelles horrible.
Over priced frozen food. Skip it.

While I was initial annoyed that the meal took too long to come out. There were items missing and I had to go get my kids bbq sauce because it took forever. We walked out of there with an experience I couldn’t been more grateful for. Our server Meagan (I believe) asked my kids if they’d like a sticker. These weren’t company stickers, she said I have extra stickers in my purse. She hurried away and brought back animal stickers! My kids were so happy and talked about how nice she was the whole night home! It made a frustrating experience worth it!

I've not been to a Ruby Tuesday's since before the pandemic. I kinda forgot they were a thing. Bean and I wanted a salad for dinner and I remembered driving past this place and suggested it. We were seated right away. They still have a salad bar and most of the things we remembered being on it still were with the exception of cottage cheese and hard boiled eggs. I ordered a salmon entree with the salad bar. Bean just had the salad bar. We split cheese sticks. I also had a beer. The salmon was perfectly done for me, but Bean would have sent it back for being undercooked. I loved it. The total with tip for two people was $75. They have an appetizer/two entrees option for $25. We'll do that next time. $75 for what we got wasn't great, but $25 for an app plus two entrees which can include the salad bar as an entree option is the way to go. Service was fine; nothing remarkable. Salad bar was mostly clean. We'll go back.

My wife and I ate there last week. We were greeted by a friendly professional host. Our waitress Megan B. was phenomenal and awesome from beginning to end. I always drove past there, thinking I should stop and I am glad I did. I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed. 👍😊

Food was awful. Waitress needed more clothes on. I had to pay for a full meal that I wasn't going to eat the sides. Atmosphere isn't good anymore and nobody seems happy there everyone just kind of going thru the motions no one was smiling. Place has gone down hill since I used to bring my kids here all the time. Very disappointed do better.

Typically I love Ruby Tuesdays. However, this time it fell short. Brent and I both hate the salad bar and things were just not as fresh as I thought they should be. Other than that everything's okay and I'm not going to quit going to Ruby Tuesdays just because of this one incident.
