Smoothie King

I’m an out of towner - love smoothie king but this place is falling apart. The bathroom is out of order, there are multiple signs laying on the ground outside, and your employees don’t even know the smoothies!

Walked in and waited over 5 minutes waiting for him to to acknowledge me while he was on the phone so I walked out. You could’ve told me to hold on, please wait or anything, but wouldn’t even say hi.

Totally surprised about the subpar service I received this morning. I normally pre order my smoothie before leaving the house through Uber Eats, so that is ready before I get there. Clean and bright store but the staff not so bright. Not friendly at all, very unwelcoming and don’t acknowledge you as a customer when you first walk in. Today I preordered like I always do and when I get there not ready. Okay. It takes almost 15 minutes for me to get from home to the store. The one employee there didn’t say anything, as I stood in the pick up area. Just continued to slowly make one smoothie for a customer already waiting. Another employee walks in with their friends or family, believe this is a family owned franchise. He walks past me says nothing. Goes to the back and puts on a store shirt and walks back out past me and sits down with his friends. At this point I am running late and I elect to cancel my order. Due to ordering through Uber Eats the store keeps my money even though I cancelled the order. Rude customer service and really disappointing way to handle customers.

Love the new toast options and protein boxes. The loaded peanut butter toast is my new favorite. Pairs well with my favorite smoothie vegan mango kale 🥬. Staff is always friendly and helpful at this location ♥️

I really don’t like talking negatively about this place because I think Smoothie King is much better than the local Pulp. I love Smoothie King but i’m sick and tired of paying the same and getting less. First, they gave me a rotten banana on my bowl. Second, the bowls used to overflow the bowl. Now they don’t even fill them to the top. This is the second order in a row i’ve been pretty disappointed. Do better Smoothie King. I’d like to keep eating here.

You should never ever ever have just one employee working. The poor kid is taking orders, making online and in person orders, and all with the pressure of an ever building audience impatiently waiting for their orders to be finished. If there is a call off or whatever the scheduling case may be, you should have a freaking plan a, b, and c. Whoever is in charge of making and maintaining the schedule and on duty workforce of this specific establishment needs to be replaced with someone more competent and empathetic.
