Love the new toast options and protein boxes. The loaded peanut butter toast is my new favorite. Pairs well with my favorite smoothie vegan mango kale 🥬. Staff is always friendly and helpful at this location ♥️

I really don’t like talking negatively about this place because I think Smoothie King is much better than the local Pulp. I love Smoothie King but i’m sick and tired of paying the same and getting less. First, they gave me a rotten banana on my bowl. Second, the bowls used to overflow the bowl. Now they don’t even fill them to the top. This is the second order in a row i’ve been pretty disappointed. Do better Smoothie King. I’d like to keep eating here.

You should never ever ever have just one employee working. The poor kid is taking orders, making online and in person orders, and all with the pressure of an ever building audience impatiently waiting for their orders to be finished. If there is a call off or whatever the scheduling case may be, you should have a freaking plan a, b, and c. Whoever is in charge of making and maintaining the schedule and on duty workforce of this specific establishment needs to be replaced with someone more competent and empathetic.

I went in to your Streetsboro location to try out one of your smoothies and was greeted by the most friendly young lady! I wasn't sure what to get and she recommended one for me and it was delicious! She was having credit card payment issues but did not let that change her happy face and mood! I thought her professional attitude deserved mentioning! Its hard to find good workers these days!

I stop here every time I pass through streetsboro, it is my favorite place to grab a smoothie! The pineapple recharge smoothie is always my go to! Never disappointed with my stop at Smoothie King ?

Upon arriving around 8:02pm on 5/4/24 this employee sees me exit my car and runs to the door to lock it. Because I saw her I knocked on the door because the store isn’t closed until 8:30pm on Saturdays. She remained hidden in the back until I walked back to my car then proceed to come back to the front and even ignored my mobile order. This is insanely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Wife wanted a smoothie and the owner himself served us. Super nice guy and on top of his business. The smoothie was way better than tropical smoothie.

First time going to Smoothie King. I got "The Caribbean Way". The smoothie was delicious however the service here was really slow almost 15 minutes to get it and there was only one person ahead of me.
