Horrible I haven’t been to sonic in years I decided to and I ordered online. Said it’ll be ready in 5 mins, 35 MINUTES LATER they come on the speaker and tell me they’re short staffed and to come thru the drive thru

They’re always out of important things like onion rings, tater tots, blue coconut flavor and so much other stuff every time I go there. It’s a shame, I love sonic usually. Unfortunately, because they’re typically out of the common things that I want, I have not been able to actually order here the past 2 to 3 times I’ve gone. In the past when I was able to order something, it took so long for it to come out and it was cold and not very good.

Trying it again - and they’re out of hotdogs, corn dogs, smash burgers, strawberries, and like, 5 other things. i’m pretty sure there’s only two people in there right now working. Seriously, we had a sonic on every corner where I came from and I was really excited that there was one here. But this place is just awful.

The place is going down hill the second time I've come in a week apart and there's only one person there and a line of cars they do not have enough help to run the place management or the owner needs to see this and get people in there to work.

I had to leave both times. Please fix this I love this place and dont want to see it fail.

Made us wait 15 minutes in line to tell us they don’t have burgers, hotdogs or ice cream available. They also made us wait 20 minutes a week before until we got sick of it and just left. The food is good but not worth the wait, laziest employees of all time my god. don’t come here unless u have incredible patience

Food was good, was just extremely unfortunate my fiance's burger came out wrong, but I pushed the button, told them the problem, and they made it right in less than 5 minutes. The staff are very friendly and don't seem to hate their lives while taking your order like other places lol will definitely be back 😀

We just went at 8 pm and was informed after they put me on a 10 minute hold that they were out of and i quote “chicken ,burgers, smash burgers, frys onion rings, tots , chicken bites , and icecream” so we just tried to order what our kids wanted which was the chili frito burritos and then he said “we are out of Fritos” why open a business if your out of all the product. Or did they just not want to deal with customers? Not work or what ever. My daughter wanted nothing more than a burrito slushy and blast from sonic. Sadly there’s not one by us so we drive 57 mins to get here for that kinda business and service. It really sucks. I get that things happen maybe they weren’t allowed to close down or something but let people know when they pull up but closed on the Google listing something.

2.13.25 IMPOSSIBLE TO PICK UP A SMALL 2 ITEM ORDER.

The worst, most rude employees I’ve ever experienced in my life. Impossible to get an order, weather it’s DoorDash or for your own personal. Truly horrific experience. Extremely miserable employees who hate themselves and their jobs. DO NOT GO HERE.

The workers were super rude and they never have any. I placed a mobile order and waited for 15 minutes and still didn’t get my order and finally when to the drive thru, they didn’t have my order made and they were missing half of it.
