Waited in line for over 20 mins for 1 slush and they brought food out for a DoorDash order. I asked if she could bring my slush out and she was really rude about it.

I've been to Sonic multiple times for Door Dash. I will no longer accept Sonic door dashes. The wait every single time is outrageous. Atleast 25 minutes, mininum, even if you are the only customer there.
Visit #2: waited 30 minutes for 1 milkshake

This location is the best Sonic I have been too. The crew working g always brings me a little with joy my daily Sonic fix. I especially am a fan of staff recommended treats...if your tired of the same old same old...ask the crew for a recommendation, you will not be disappointed!

We went through the drive-through today. I’m patient because I know sometimes places can be busy, however, at this particular time they were only a few cars. I waited five minutes nobody came over the intercom to take my order, etc. So I pulled to the window where Someone was outside saw me approaching went back in which I thought they would wait on me instead walked away from the window. We just ended up leaving. Sonic will always be a wonderful memory when it first opened in 2008. But at this point there are other restaurants and better service. That’s just my experience.

I love Sonic but sadly the Streetsboro one is not the best location. The food sometimes comes out good but the service is poor almost each time I've tried it. The orders take forever even when you put in a mobile order. Last time I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes and noone said anything. I had to call the store just to be helped and it was still another 10-15 minutes before I got my online order! Looks mostly like kids working, where are the managers?? It's not fair they have to work so short staffed. As I write this I have been sitting in the drive thru for over 5 minutes and haven't moved. There's tons of reviews like this that get responses and apologizes but clearly nothing has actually changed.
