Slow is an understatement! Last time over 30 minutes waiting for a drink this time over 15 no one in line . Working at snails pace . Great new look since reopening but don’t ever go if you need to be somewhere you will be late .

Went to this Starbucks with my daughter. She add I wanted to have a strawberry caramel frap. Well clearly the young man that was working today felt that his conversation with the Target employee was more important. Neither of the two gentlemen that were working addressed us nor ask what we would like to order. One continued his conversation without breaking stride and the other failed to address us. So I took my $25 order elsewhere. Poor customer service and business practices.

My Coffee Wasn't Quite What I Ordered , but There Was About 8-10 People In Line So I'd Say That The Service Is Alittle Lacking When There Are More Than 3-4 Customers
They aren't even open when supposed to be......it's 6 pm...closes at 8. Cool
