The main door was locked at 8:53 p.m. and so I went around after ssiung another trucker at window and he was already gone. Jeremy, the manager was helping a vehicle out and I asked if I could order at window and he acted like I was an inconvenience kinda it was obvious and said oh I guess c'mon over. Mind you I stopped at 4 other places last 3 hours driving a semi with similiar situations with people coming to work but not really working. I asked him what time lobby was suppose to be open, he said indeed 10 p.m that the door next to drive thru is still open which is facing a spot in parking lot no one faces. Didn't even offer to let me come in off the cold and eat. That's a you problem, not an I problem Jeremy.

Okay, so self kiosks was not working neither of them right so I go to the front. Then there is a sign that says basically says short staffed use self Kiosks. I'm standing there for like 5mins no service, no acknowledgement, lock the lobby already then. There are so many other options in that area dont waste your time!!

Food was not fresh at all. The buns were just straight up stale. Honestly very sad to spend almost 15 bucks on a meal and get the low of quality. I'll be voting with my wallet and will never coming here again.

Wendy’s is not what it use to be, got a chilli cheese bake potato and asked for extra chilli, I’m sure they put water in it to make up for the extra chilli, It’s was disgusting!!

My mom and I went there late at night. The customer service was great! Got our orders right, we're very friendly, place was super clean. Food was great! Definitely would come here again!

I was just in the drive-thru waiting to place my order, and no one was in line. As I rolled past the window, I noticed three ladies just standing there talking. Wendy's service is really going downhill. If you don't want to work, you should just stay home.
