They were so rude when I was trying to order my food I just drove away. The guy had a raging attitude and was cussing at me under his breath. I was the only one in line and was being extremely polite. He acted like he personally hated me, and I was worried he was going to spit in my food.

Got our order, no napkins, no ketchup, ask for napkins was giving 2 napkins like they having a shortage. Had to ask for more, and I received a couple more. The place only had 2 working at the time. Later, several more showed up, and thus was after 4 30 pm

I ordered 4 biggie bags. We live about a mile away. I drove straight home. All the fries were very cold. All the chicken nougats were very cold also. The burgers were terrible. My husband’s was charcoal. They put a small ring of onion on each burger. This was a disaster. Wendy’s will not get our money again

We stopped on our road trip and it was the perfect stop. I ordered the food ahead of time and it was perfect and ready for us. The staff was absolutely lovely, the tables and bathrooms were clean. Win! We will be back!

This Wendy’s has hit the spot every. single. time. The staff is always incredible no matter who I get. They’ve never messed up an order out of the 15+ times I’ve ordered here in the last several months. Just tonight I forgot to add fries to my order and the kind woman at the window threw them into the bag for me on the house. Food is always fresh and done fast no matter the time of day. One of the best places on 14 in my opinion! Thanks Streetsboro Wendy’s for never missing the mark!

It’s 7:38 on 4/6/25 WHY HAVE I BEEN SITTING IN THIS LINE SINCE 7:20? Got a mobile order carry out and it says OPEN, get to the door LOCKED? Even if it 2 people working there is 3 ppl ahead of me ! Yall are slow as hell! , and they didn’t have chocolate frostys 🙄🙄🙄🙄
Slow, I cancelled my order and went to raising canes instead.

Employees using bad language in the kitchen, they were out of chili. Fries were hot, burger was just warm. Bathrooms weren't clean, floors were sticky. Service was horrible and one employee was rude when I was waiting for my drink cup and I politely asked for it.
