My mom and I went there late at night. The customer service was great! Got our orders right, we're very friendly, place was super clean. Food was great! Definitely would come here again!

I was just in the drive-thru waiting to place my order, and no one was in line. As I rolled past the window, I noticed three ladies just standing there talking. Wendy's service is really going downhill. If you don't want to work, you should just stay home.

Worse wendys by far anywhere around. Employees are always rude and ignorant. They wont even open the lobby so anyone can eat in. Drive thru only with the slowest drive thru within half hour to a hour drive away. This place should either be shut down or everyone working there should be fired and it should be start over from scratch. Its worth driving 30 minutes or more to another wendys or just eating somewhere else.

I would like to emphasize that I have never once in all my years left a negative review for any place, ever.
The experience here was beyond terrible. The food was cold. The staff were the loudest, most obnoxious kitchen staff I have ever heard in my life.
Ive been in packed places which were quieter than the 5 or 6 employees. They ignored a line of customers while slowly dragging their feet and yelling amongst each other. The small restaurant had quiet and polite customers, who exchanged looks with me while what sounded like a cacophony of howler monkeys screamed at each other inside the kitchen. I almost broke my no eating in the car rule and took my food through the rain just to avoid the headache which I now have. I feel bad for the poor worker who met me with an embarrassed look after I glanced into the kitchen. He was just quietly doing his job.

Food was fine. I mean, it's Wendy's it's not going to vary much. My only complaint was that there was only two people working in the entire restaurant, and my son and I ordered to eat in and it took us a solid 20 minutes to get her food while car after car went through the drive-thru.

They were so rude when I was trying to order my food I just drove away. The guy had a raging attitude and was cussing at me under his breath. I was the only one in line and was being extremely polite. He acted like he personally hated me, and I was worried he was going to spit in my food.
