“While visiting from Dayton, we needed a place to watch a Bengals' game so we took a chance. We made a great decision!! The 3 choice appetizer, boneless hot garlic wings, chili, and staff service was all better than expected. If we are ever in Strongsville again, we'll definitely be heading to Johnny J's!!!“

“Food is impressively good! The specials were eye opening along with the dipping sauces. This is a great place that actually seasons their burgers as well as taking pride in their knife skills- the perogies topped with beautifully caramelized small dice onion and that is difficult to accomplish. The burger patty wasn't overworked so it didn't become chewy. The special of sausage and zucchini soup also had exhibited this excellent knife work, and also show cased the skill of balancing flavor. The level of precision and attention to details of care for food is locally some what difficult to find!“

“MBAG (Mike's Bar and Grill) is a great spot for some good drinks and food. It can be pretty busy inside depending on when you get there. Also, be aware that the owner is trying to correct the kitchen time on Google, but the kitchen closes at 9p, not 10p throughout the whole week! I usually get the chicken parm sandwich (which is stellar!) but tried the august porkbelly blt taco special. It was honesty very underwhelming. I subbed regular mayo for the Sriracha, but the real issue was the micro sliver of meat. I could barely taste. And I'm saying it was like a quarter piece of bacon but pork belly instead. Anyways, the other food at the table was delicious (except the fresh cut fries were a tad undercooked). Only other thing to mention is that the patio is lovely! But, if you get seated at a high top under the umbrellas, and it gets dark, there are no lights. And it's pretty dark, to the point where it's hard to see your meal. Service was very good, very friendly! Great place and definitely frequent a couple times a month.“

“Our meal was great! Kid-friendly. Great service! Comfortable local restaurant that was moderately busy, but not packed and we didn’t have to wait to be seated. Trivia night. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Rice bowl with chicken, boneless wings, burger, and turkey Rachel sandwich. Ryan brought out our apps and kept checking on us. We wouldn’t hesitate to return when we’re in the area!“

“Love this place! Always a great atmosphere with a family feel. The bar offers occasional extras like contests, live music and just fun people! The food is beyond yummy!! The cook offers great twists on regular dishes and the prices are reasonable. Check the place out!! Well worth the stop!!! Be sure to say hi to Moose if he's there when you stop.“

“We love Spotted Dog food. Always had great service. Tonight the ball was dropped. Took 20 mins to be acknowledge to get a drink(maybe 8 at the bar). Never mind the big sigh and eye roll as we sat down AND still wasn't told Hi. 1 hour for food. okay Its a Friday night we understand. Our fries were soggy a cold. chicken tenders cold. wings cold. It def was sitting up there waiting a while to be brought out. We said something she said it was our fault for going outside for 5 mins. We know the difference between food sitting for awhile before being served. Extremely disappointed. We will be back but maybe when someone else is working.“

She was awesome as there was 6 of us and she immediately connected with what/when we were ready to order and made suggestions when we asked. Today, I had my husband pick me up their classic burger with provolone cheese and it was still just as super warm when he brought it to me at work as if I were to have eaten it there! “When we first arrived the bar was empty but the place quickly began to fill. the bartenders were commendable in their efficiency. My positive experience, however, was significantly dampened by the subsequent appearance of the owner and his family arrived. We witnessed him immediately stride behind the bar and, in the middle of a winning Guardians game, abruptly switch it off to play blaring music. For a establishment touting itself as a sports bar, interrupting our state's games is simply unacceptable.“

“The food was very good. However, I ordered boneless wings to go for my daughter and a burger with the boneless on the side for my husband so the bun wouldn't get soggy. Unfortunately, the wings were bone in (she still ate them thank God) and the bun is soggy under the burger. We will try again another time. Drinks and the Italian wrap were top tier.“
