“Just wow, we cannot express how happy we are to have chosen Vell's for our reception. From our first meeting through our wedding day we had a perfect experience. Dee was wonderful to work with, her communication and flexibility made our planning process stress free! (She also made our cake and yum!) Pricing was affordable and the hall was stunning. But lets talk about the food, oh my gosh - AMAZING! We had people raving all night long and received countless messages after about how good the food was. I had grandparents telling me it reminded them of their childhood. Personally we went home with extras and ate it for the next 2 days and froze the rest for future easy dinners. Every bit of our experience was a dream and if I had to do it all over again we'd pick Vell's every time! Seriously consider having your event here, you will not regret it one bit!“

“I requested this amazing catering service for a graduation party of 50+ people. I ordered jollof rice, fried rice, white rice, stew, moin moin, efo riro, catfish pepper soup, and plantains. Everyone loved the food and made so many compliments on it! She was very patient when it came to us ordering the food/making additions. Would definitely recommend her!“

“If you haven’t been to Via Roma Event Center & Ristorante in North Royalton yet, you are seriously missing out. The food was phenomenal, the service was amazing, and the entire restaurant is absolutely beautiful. It’s huge, super clean, spacious, and has the perfect mix of old-world Italian charm with modern touches. The downstairs grotto is such a cool experience, and they also host live music, comedy shows, and different events throughout the year. You can tell a lot of love and work went into bringing this place to life. Let’s support this local gem and make sure North Royalton keeps places like this around for years to come! ❤️🍝🎶“

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience with A Taste of Excellence for my daughter’s wedding!
From the very beginning, the planning process with Kaitlyn was completely seamless. She is incredibly organized, communicative, and just so easy to work with, which took so much stress off our shoulders during the planning stages.
When it came to the wedding day, the food was absolutely amazing. We had a sit-down meal for nearly 200 guests, which can be tough for any catering team to coordinate, but they handled it flawlessly. Every single person had their meal served within 15 minutes of each other, and everything was beautifully hot and delicious. We received so many compliments from our guests, with several people explicitly telling us it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted!
Beyond the incredible menu, the entire team—from the chefs to the wait staff—was phenomenal. They were super friendly, exceptionally quick, and thorough, ensuring that the entire service ran smoothly.
I would highly recommend A Taste of Excellence to anyone looking for top-tier food, impeccable service, and flawless execution for their big day!“
