Outstanding service today from Dean’s House Chinese restaurant in Strongsville. Uber Eats messed up my order, delivered it to the wrong address and delivered someone else’s to me. I called Dean’s House, they remade the order without any fuss and delivered it themselves! Outstanding customer service! And of course, the food is delicious… Highly recommend.

The boneless spare ribs, pork lo mein, and wonton soup received praise for their good taste and good portions. The Hibachi chicken from the healthier menu was light and filled with chicken and veggies, though it came with fried rice instead of the requested white rice, which was less tasty. Delivery is quick and on time, but some find the $6.25 charge for a side of rice high and suggest offering sauces like Kung Pao. Overall, Dean's House is a reliable spot with consistently good food.
