I went to kfc Strongsville location on Thursday we got the 12 piece family deal the chicken was so dried out you couldn’t eat it and the biscuits were hockey pucks I tried to call for two days and of course no one answers there phones. What a waist of money time
30 minute wait for doughy biscuits, cold food, and forgotten item. Terrible experience. What a waste of money.
