I don't usually do reviews, but I just have to. Gilbert Noel is the absolute best customer service person you could hope to have. He is always smiling, has a GREAT attitude and is the real reason we go there . If I owned a company, I would do everything I could to hire him away. The food is always good, Gilbert is great!!
Cassidy was absolutely amazing taking my order today! The food is always on point and made fresh! I recommend trying the regular fry sauce (or spicy if you prefer) on your burger!
Our group of 17 was traveling after a long day of competition in Bowling Green. We had been turned away from 2 other fast food dining room establishments.
Freddy’s employees in Streetsboro, Ohio were so kind and welcoming from the moment we walked into the door. Robin was patient with us as we all ordered and all employees did a wonderful job with attending to our group’s needs. Food and Shakes were outstanding!
