“My order from O'Charley's was very good as was the driver. However, Grub Hub person on the phone to deal with my 35% disc. offered on my e-mail for $7.50 approx. was deleted when I explained a problem getting that on my bill. Grub Hub person then gave a $5.00 courtesy discount which cancelled out my $7.50 one that I had entered. She could not correct the error. This whole process made a long delay on my order & I lost approx. $2.50 by contacting Grub Hub!“
