While some staff members are helpful and funny, one particular bar lady stands out for being rude and dismissive, often ignoring customers to chat with friends. Despite this, the restaurant is recommended, especially for their delicious Boxty. On special occasions like St. Patrick’s Day, the atmosphere is lively and the service is top-notch, with servers being attentive and quick. Overall, The Hooley Pub & Kitchen is a great spot for good food and a fun time, as long as you don't encounter the one problematic staff member.
