This negative review is purely down to repeatedly bad service from one particular individual.
Its a shame as we love the food, and the staff are mostly really nice, especially the Irish guy, he's a great dude! And very very funny/ friendly.
This is the third time we have come here while this particular bar lady is working, and she is rude, dismissive, and flat out ignores you no matter how much you try to talk to her for service. Our last two visits she's just standing...read full review
We went to see Brigid’s Cross for St. Patrick’s Day. Any place on St. Patrick’s Day is hit or miss, but Strongsville Hooley knocked it out of the park! Servers were around constantly. Never waited more than a couple minutes for drinks to arrive to the table. I wish I had caught our servers names so I could call them out. I’m sure they told us but it was loud in there. They were fantastic!
