Best Hot Pot restaurant ever! I've been to a few and this is the absolute best.
The service at the front desk on one early evening was below expected standards for a Best Western Hotel. It appeared we were asking too much because we required two extra towels for our room. Also asked for a pad of paper to write on & the staff member would not even give me a pad or a piece of paper. Disappointing.
Guy at check in was practically monosyllabic and unfriendly. Gave off a creepy vibe; my teenager thought so too. Took over a dozen tries to get into the room because of a problem with the lock mechanism that required pulling up on the handle instead of the normal pushing down. When I mentioned it at checkout, the young woman said that yes, some of the rooms have an issue with the lock mechanism and the hotel hopes to replace all the locks at the same time so they aren't fixing...read full review
