Two kids meals and in BOTH BAGS their cold chocolate milk was put directly on top of their sandwiches, which were sideways. Both sandwiches were completely smashed and cold. Not to mention the condensation from the milk on the buns of the sandwiches.
Literally would of taken someone a few extra seconds to put the milks next to the container of fries and sandwiches and not in the container smashing the sandwiches.

Scene: 2 wary travelers famished stop to indulge in mouth watering beef and cheddar sandwiches
Waited 5 minutes behind a car to get to the speakerbox to order. The voice of what was once thought of as a food angel echoed over the speakerbox. Through the crackles the person said "Welcome to Arbys, go ahead with your order".
Half starved and half full excitement I ordered 2 numbers 6's with cokes (beef and cheddar combos for you uncultured swines on the internet).

Arby's provides top-notch service with friendly and polite staff who go above and beyond. This is a large and very clean place with a beautiful interior and recently upgraded plush booths. Customers appreciate the fast service and delicious food, including the classic roast beef sandwich, premium chicken nuggets, and curly fries. This fantastic family place is easy to find with lots of parking and offers good deals for a great dining experience.
