Food is great, service was god awful. You can stand at the counter for over 5 minutes before anyone will even look at you. One of the guys behind the counter even gave me a head nod and just kept walking by like he couldn’t be bothered. Employees are in the back flipping each other off and goofing around while the cars pile up outside and people are waiting for food inside.
Our Valentine's dinner at White Castle was very enjoyable. The concept of making a reservation at this type of establishment is unique. The staff was great as well as the service. Definitely will be making a reservation in 2025!

A recent trip to Cleveland Ohio would not have been complete without a stop at White Castle for some sliders. They did not disappoint. The lady working the drive thru was very friendly and nice.
