“We love Local Roots! We found them after a family member recommended and have been coming since. We’ll even take a day trip and fold it in to support small biz. I so appreciate their sweet staff asks each time if I need a dedicated GF toaster for my bread 😋, and they happily modify some of my menu items if needed. The newer location is spacious, just as bright, and has coffee! Thank you for choosing such great ingredients and going the extra mile for great taste, presentation and fun merch, too!”

“Amazing food. Whether you eat in the restaurant, take out or catering it is the most amazing and consistent food. It is our family’s favorite take out and we just had them cater a large (30) family dinner. The food was delivered and it was perfect. Huge quantities and delicious. All of our family was impressed with the meal and loved everything. I would highly recommend for quiet restaurant, great take out, or catering. Wonderful food and great service. Thank you!!”

“This is my go-to location (even prior to their move). I always order online, so it's typically just in-and-out for me. Most recently their system closed out my order without printing a kitchen ticket, so when I showed up to grab my order, my pizza wasn't ready and there was some confusion. The manager had my order made immediately and reversed the charge on my card. Will definitely keep coming to this location.”

“The gentlemen was very nice and patient with my slowness. I have always noticed that if their baklava is good their food is good too. Well it was, very flakey, not dry, not to much honey, but sweet and not soggy at the bottom. I also had the original gyro which was full of ingredients. I will definitely try again!”

“McKiddy Cakes was so fantastic to work with from start to finish. We were looking for something other than cake for our wedding and Jessica took our ideas and ran with them, even going so far as to create a custom dessert shooter to add to our table. Her communication was great, every phone call or email was answered and she set everything up day of. The desserts were fantastic, our guests were thrilled and our blueberry lemon cheesecake was the centerpiece of our table. Would recommend 1000%.”

“I went here because the kids saw the sign. We purchased 3 donuts but when I got ready to pay my TAP TO PAY wasn't working and I didnt have the actual card. The worker told me it was OK, she handed me the donuts and I told her I would be back in 10 min to pay. This is what I call great customer service! She was kind and understanding! I came back to pay in exactly 10min and bought 2 additional donuts! Thank you for your kindness!!! My boys were so happy and the donuts were super delicious!!”

“We came in and were seated at a 6-top in the bar area because there was a wait. Waitress/bartender was not tentative to refilling drinks. After our food came out, she didn’t even come over once to ask how it was (good thing the food was really good) the only time she was nice was when she brought the checks. Left 15% because of the lackluster service. Food was good.”

“This evening was my first time checking out the taproom. I no longer live in Sylvania and tonight that breaks my heart because I can't eat their spinach pie every day. I would eat this breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our server, Krista, was fab. Excellent service, great food, great drinks. Full stop. Krista made our night special. Spot on food and drink recommendations and excellent service. Did I mention the spinach pie?? Best I've ever had. I'm glad we did ourselves the favor of going to the Taproom. It is an experience we won't soon forget. Thanks to our amazing bartender, chef, and server!!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Geo’s Pizzas & Loft at the Sylvania Tamoshanter Rink! The staff is incredibly friendly and always provides great service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for adults, kids, and families alike. Every bartender I’ve interacted with goes above and beyond to remember customer names and favorite food or drink orders, which really makes you feel valued.

As a mom of two hockey players who spends 4–7 days a week at the rink, I absolutely love this place! I would highly recommend stopping by for a yummy meal and a few laughs if you’re at the rink for any sport or activity. The combination of excellent food, drinks, and an inviting atmosphere makes Geo’s Pizzas & Loft a standout spot for anyone visiting the rink.

“We came here for dinner and there were 7 of us. Hostess told us there was not a table available so they put us on a list. Than she told us we had to wait in our car. My grandchildren were busy playing on the game machines so I asked her if we could just hang out by the games and she was very rude to me and said we were in the way. So we had to take the small children outside and wait. So than we kept seeing people coming in with the same amount of people being seated before us. Finally when we were seated the waitress took our order and we literally waited for an hour and a half for our food. The waitress got an attitude with us when we asked about our order instead of apologizing to us. I probably would of understood if the place was busy but by the time we sat down all the tables around us were empty. I felt very disrespected and felt like the hostess and the waitress were very rude . Also the food was terrible. I will never go to this place ever again. Terrible customer service”

“The only unfortunate thing about my experience at this Taco Bell was that I did not get the names of the kind ladies that helped us. We had a mobile order that had customizations they could not accommodate so they asked what I would like instead. They were also just a fun crew. Bathrooms and restaurant was clean. Even had a clear window you could watch them make the food. Would come back again :)”
