The newer location is spacious, just as bright, and has coffee! Thank you for choosing such great ingredients and going the extra mile for great taste, presentation and fun merch, too!”

“The food was great and well proportioned. But the restaurant needs someone to love it a little more. The ceiling fan was falling with mold around it. Most of the fluorescent lights has a bulb flickering and the bathroom needed to be cleaned well.”

“Amazing food. Whether you eat in the restaurant, take out or catering it is the most amazing and consistent food. It is our family’s favorite take out and we just had them cater a large (30) family dinner. The food was delivered and it was perfect. Huge quantities and delicious. “I went here as a kid with my parents often and last night I continued the tradition with my daughter. Having her experience such amazing and interesting food at three and a half was great, but having the owner and our server help my daughter with learning how to use chopsticks might take the cake for the most wholesome experience possible. They even got her a special cup that was a little easier to handle. What a special place. Side note: she has some food allergies and everyone was super cool about that as well. I know how hard that can be for those who want to dine out.”

“The gentlemen was very nice and patient with my slowness. I have always noticed that if their baklava is good their food is good too. Well it was, very flakey, not dry, not to much honey, but sweet and not soggy at the bottom. I also had the original gyro which was full of ingredients. I will definitely try again!”

As a local small business, we truly value supporting places that deliver consistent quality and care, and New Kings Chef has been one of our absolute favorites for over 10 years. We’ve lived in the area for more than a decade, and Kings Chef has never once disappointed us.

Our most recent order included the pepper steak, sesame chicken, and wonton soup, and everything was excellent. The pepper steak had perfectly tender slices of beef with crisp, fresh vegetables, while the sesame chicken had that ideal balance of sweetness and crunch that makes it a true comfort dish. The wonton soup was warm and satisfying, and exactly what we were hoping for.

We were excited to see that Kings Chef now has an online ordering system. It’s new, but very easy to use, and made the entire process quick and convenient. As a bonus, we received six complimentary pieces of crab rangoon with our order, which were golden, crispy, and filled just right. A great surprise that added to the experience.

Kings Chef continues to be a dependable go-to for us, and we look forward to ordering again soon.

“This evening was my first time checking out the taproom. I no longer live in Sylvania and tonight that breaks my heart because I can't eat their spinach pie every day. I would eat this breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our server, Krista, was fab. Excellent service, great food, great drinks. Full stop. Krista made our night special. Spot on food and drink recommendations and excellent service. Did I mention the spinach pie?? Best I've ever had. I'm glad we did ourselves the favor of going to the Taproom. It is an experience we won't soon forget. Thanks to our amazing bartender, chef, and server!!”

“I mean what is there to say it's Subway they cooked the bread they sliced the bread they slice the meat put the meat on the bread throw some cheese on it throw it in the toaster oven then it comes out and you get to pick your tomatoes lettuce onions black olives green olives pickles avocado banana peppers jalapeno peppers and your dressing then they cut the sandwich wrap it up put it in a bag with about three napkins then you get to pick your drinks or cookies or bags of chips they have everything and they always do it with a great personality and a smile the parking is a little bit of a walk to get to the store but if you watch the drunks from Tequilas you'll be safe they're happy hour brings out the worst in this town a bunch of Cheapskates wanting cheap drinks that don't know how to drink”

“We came here for dinner and there were 7 of us. Hostess told us there was not a table available so they put us on a list. Than she told us we had to wait in our car. My grandchildren were busy playing on the game machines so I asked her if we could just hang out by the games and she was very rude to me and said we were in the way. So we had to take the small children outside and wait. So than we kept seeing people coming in with the same amount of people being seated before us. Finally when we were seated the waitress took our order and we literally waited for an hour and a half for our food. The waitress got an attitude with us when we asked about our order instead of apologizing to us. I probably would of understood if the place was busy but by the time we sat down all the tables around us were empty. I felt very disrespected and felt like the hostess and the waitress were very rude . Also the food was terrible. I will never go to this place ever again. Terrible customer service”

“Went on Thursday for Prime Rib. Excellent served medium rare as requested and I got risotto instead of the baked potato. My wife had the excellent cheeseburger. Had a bottle of Zinfandel (7 Deadly Zins). We sat outside on a nice evening in Sylvania.”
