These guys consistently mess up orders. Today, we ordered a pizza and bruschetta. They send completely the wrong things. We reordered via DoorDash and these clowns canceled the order. I highly do not recommend.

The manager is rude. Called explaining I didn’t get my order he said nothing he could do about it. Suggested I just come pick it up even though I paid over ten dollars for delivery. Didn’t offer any compensation what so ever and said it’s not his problem and I would have to pay for delivery AGAIN in order to get my food. Manager there needs to learn how to speak with customers

Our order was wrong & when I called the guy seemed put off. Our receipt had bacon only, and they loaded it with mushrooms! ? He said, if you want a new [correct] pizza we had to bring the wrong one back & we'll make you a correct one. I asked why they couldn't just make me the correct pizza I ordered & they bring it to me. My husband ended up going to exchange the pizzas because he was afraid they'd do something to my pizza if I made them deliver it. They were rude when I called & didn't offer a refund or anything for our trouble. We won't be going back & wouldn't recommend them.

Very good pizza. Great prices and portion sizes. The girls who work there are great and very professional. Generous amount of toppings and the texture of the dough is great. I'm not from ohio but I will definitely stop here again with my crew when working in the area
Pizza is good but everytime we have ordered it takes over 2-3 hours to be delivered.

I ordered a large, thin crust pizza with extra mushrooms. The pizza was "ok," but the mushrooms seemed real, not canned, which I definitely appreciated. Thank you.The problem was that I didn't get double mushrooms. There was no complimentary garlic butter, and when I ordered four of them, he said they were $1 each because of inflation. I never asked him why. I didn't care why, and was a stupid thing to say. If you already KNOW you're charging too much for a 2oz sufflee container of melted butter, THEN JUST DON'T DO IT!!!Overall, it wasn't a bad experience (Marco's in Sylvania was literally abusive service by the manager), but since this was my first time there and that was what I got, I'll pass.

Order was wrong and they blamed earlier shift and would not make it right. Boneless chicken wings are breaded chicken chunks not wings. Will never order from there again. Plus mushrooms on the pizza were invisible.
