Five star establishment. Awesome everything! Highly recommend.
Came because the Burger Review Guy gave a 9.5. Husband's burger was closer to rare. Mine was sorta well but had drippy blood which was gross. Seasoned fries were good but I ordered curly and got steak fries. Still trying to get the nasty blood taste out of mouth with the soggy bun from the blood.
Shake was nothing to write home about. Friendly staff. We were only customers at 11:30 a.m. too.

Charlie’s has been owned by great owners. They invented the curly cue French fries and dainty sandwiches made on croissants like chicken salad sandwiches. They also make burgers and homemade ice cream. Thank you for great memories in the 90s. I also remember a little Italian restaurant next door that had just closed, when I returned in 2024.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon. Busy. But we were waited on relatively fast. Addie took our order professionally and spot on. Cheeseburgers were great, cooked perfectly, bun toasted. Tater Tots crunchy and yummy. Onion rings were awesome! We will definitely return soon.♡

This was my first time coming here. My boyfriend ordered a chocolate milkshake and it was really runny, looks like chocolate milk. Very disappointed.

Saddened to write this, but two in a row is a pattern. Called in order, waited 20 minutes, showed to pick up… that’s when they told me they didn’t have any chicken! No call back. Ordered a different sandwich. My curly fries looked like they banged the fryer into a sack. All burnt little pieces. I’ve been going here for 30 years. Two high school boys appear to be over their heads. No adults present
Ice cream was good. Nice texture for a hard serve.

The buger is dry and they did not put cheese on the buger. The fries were dry and the onion rings are delicious and crunchy.

Ice cream is top two in the city...maybe number one - REALLY good. And you can't beat three scoops for 5 bucks

Great burger and hot and tasty curly fries. Met Cindy Ursell, one of the owners who was working this day! Sylvania Ohio Burger Place! We’ll be back! Next time for ice cream! Thanks! Highly recommend!

Stopped for dinner. We both had burgers which were fine, but average. Seasoned fries and zero flavor except for the old oil they were cooked in. Coleslaw was inedible. You might as well of said it was Coleslaw dressing with a little cabbage in it. The kids working were friendly but the food just isn’t worth coming back for.

Probably a 2 but giving them the benefit-we go to Charlie’s at least once a month in winter and more in warmer months. We stopped by Thursday and were hungry for a Hamburg, machine down so couldn’t ring any one, stopped by today to get a bowl of chili and they were out of chili. What’s going on?
